WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. If purchased
from JAGO, its fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the
lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to manufacturing defect, we will repair
the product free of charge, or we may choose to replace it. If the exact style is not
available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care,
negligence, or normal wear and tear.
What does “Lifetime of the Product” mean?
Products covered under our warranty program are fully warranted, to the original owner,
for the practical lifetime of the product. This does not mean your lifetime, although that’s
the aim considering our founding story!
What is “normal wear and tear”?
We manufacture every product to meet JAGOs high standards, but no matter how
carefully you use and care for your product, nothing lasts forever. Gear out through its
paces in the harshest conditions will degrade faster than someone who wears their
product less – god forbid. Eventually every product will begin to show signs of age and
wear such as faded fabric or frayed cuffs, and we take this into consideration when
assessing your warranty request.
It may be that your product has simply reached its practical lifetime and is time to be
replaced, and we hope you will continue to trust JAGO for all life’s adventure.
TRY FOR 30 DAYS
We want to make sure you are totally happy with your Totum Cotton Gilet. As such we are offering you 30 days to try your gilet, and if you are not totally happy with it, we would be more than happy for you to exchange the item for another size, for credit or return it for a full refund, provided it is returned in a non-damaged, sellable condition.
